1. Program Description

Texas Best Softwash offers a text messaging program that sends service-related notifications, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, arrival notifications, job completion updates, invoice notifications, and review requests.

2. Opt-In

You consent to receive text messages from Texas Best Softwash when you provide your phone number while requesting or booking service, whether by phone, website form, or in person. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You will typically receive 3–5 messages per service visit.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Texas Best Softwash does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe by text, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, provide your phone number again when booking service or reply START.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
